Privacy Policy

Overview

Jeremy's Travel Escapes ("I," "me," "my," or "the business") operates jeremystravel.com. This policy explains what information I collect from visitors and clients, why I collect it, and how it's handled. I'm an independent travel advisor operating under WorldVia, a Travel Quest Network host agency — this policy covers this website only, not the booking platforms or suppliers (NCL and others) you may interact with once a trip is underway.

Information I Collect

I only collect information you choose to give me. The primary way that happens is the contact form on this site, which asks for:

• Name (first and last)
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Trip details you choose to share — destination, dates, number of travelers, and the message you write

This site uses Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read — no advertising pixels, no ad network trackers, and no Google Signals or remarketing linkage. If you go on to book a trip with me, I'll collect the additional information needed to make that booking (travel documents, payment details, etc.) directly through the relevant booking platform or supplier — not through this website.

How I Use Your Information

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to help plan and manage your trip. I don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. I don't use it for marketing outreach you didn't ask for.

Third-Party Services

A few outside services help run this site. Here's what each one sees:

• Formspree — processes contact form submissions and forwards them to my email inbox. Formspree may retain a copy of submitted messages per its own privacy policy; I don't control that retention beyond what its service settings allow.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a privacy-focused bot-detection check that runs before the contact form can be submitted. It does not use tracking cookies or require solving image puzzles, and it does not share data with Google.
• Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google's font CDN, which may log your IP address as part of delivering the font files, per Google's own policies.

I don't run any other third-party scripts, ad networks, or advertising trackers on this site.

Data Retention & Security

I keep contact form submissions and client trip details only as long as needed to serve you and to keep reasonable records for the business. I take reasonable steps to protect the information you share, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and I can't guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I have on file for you, to correct it, or to delete it. Reach out using the contact information below and I'll handle it directly — there's no automated process to route through since it's just me.

Children's Privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact me and I'll remove it.

Changes to This Policy

If I update this policy, I'll revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
